This year, we have the distinct pleasure of showcasing a truly magnificent residence, aptly dubbed “Fairway Heights.” Located on Gillespie Butte, this home gracefully overlooks the sprawling golf course greens of the Eugene Country Club, offering breathtaking views and a sense of serenity that is truly unparalleled.
